That depends on where you live. Your order will be tracked in an email we sent you so you'll get notified when it arrives. Once you get said email, you can copy the tracking number provided and paste it on this page. Usually orders from the US take about 7-10 business days.
To get in touch with us about a refund, you can use this contact form, with the subject "REFUND REQUEST". Keep in mind that you can only request a refund within 7 days from when you received your order. Afterwards, follow the instructions on the packaging slip and return your item. Note, it must be in original condition and cannot have been worn. A partial refund may be granted for orders that are not in original condition or damaged. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is in most cases some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using this form here with the subject, "LATE/MISSING REFUND".
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
